You can purchase Gift Cards with, or without, an Instacart account. However, you must have an Instacart account to redeem Gift Cards. To redeem your Gift Card, please visit http://www.instacart.com/gift-cards. In order to redeem or use your Gift Card you must have an Instacart account. Gift Cards do not expire, are applied to eligible purchases despite any stated expiration date, and no inactivity fees or service fees apply. A Gift Card’s load value never expires. You agree not to use the Gift Card in any unlawful manner or in a manner that is otherwise misleading, deceptive, unfair or harmful to Instacart or any other third party. Instacart is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from lost, stolen, or fraudulently obtained Gift Cards or unauthorized or unlawful use of Gift Cards. Instacart reserves the right to refuse to honor a Gift Card where Instacart suspects that the Gift Card was obtained fraudulently.
